I cannot rave enough about our experience at this pediatric center! As first-time parents, we were nervous about our baby's first check-up, but the team here made it such a pleasant experience. The pediatricians are not only highly skilled but also incredibly personable. They listened attentively to our concerns about our baby’s feeding and sleeping habits and offered tailored advice that really worked for us. The facility is bright, clean, and kid-friendly, making it less intimidating for our little one. The interactive wall art and play area kept our baby entertained while we waited, which was a lovely touch. I was also impressed with how the office streamlined the check-in process; everything was efficient, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. One suggestion I'd make is to perhaps offer more resources or workshops for new parents. I had a really positive experience bringing my son to this pediatric center for his annual check-up. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole process smooth from the moment we walked in. We barely waited five minutes before we were called back, which is always a plus in my book. Dr. Lee was wonderful; she was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to my son’s concerns about his allergies.
